An unmissable event signed Halloween Celebration – Misterica returns in the park of Villa Reale di Marlia (LU) for the fifth consecutive year on the nights of Friday 3rd October 2025 and Saturday 4th October 2025.

The visit to the estate of Villa Reale lasts about 50 minutes. The public enters in groups of 30 units accompanied by the Villa’s staff actors.
You will immerse yourself in a fantastic story made of places, HISTORY, entities and mysteries.
On the nights of Friday 3rd and Saturday 4th October 2025, between 7pm and midnight, it will be possible to go into the darkest corners of the 16 hectares of park. Ready for this new adventure?!

How it takes place: The mysterious visit will leave every 20 minutes from the main gate and the group will be accompanied to the haunted gardens all the time.

What time: Mystery tours will start every 20 minutes, from 7pm till midnight.
Duration: Each tour/show will last approximately 50 minutes.
How many people per tour? Maximum 30 people.
Reservation: mandatory by pre-purchasing the special Misterica tickets on our website, which will be available soon. Minors MUST be accompanied.
Is the ticket purchased online refundable? No, in case of failure to attend the event you can give your ticket to friends and relatives who will be able to use it on the date and time booked.
Can I book on the day of the event? Only in case of residual availability.
In case of rain: the event will still take place so comfortable shoes and adventure!
Can I buy the ticket on the spot? Only if not all available tickets have been sold, priority to those who buy the ticket online, and eventually only until the maximum number of tickets that can be sold is reached, i.e. 30 people for each tour.
Even if I have a season ticket, do I have to book and pay for Misterica? Yes, since it is an extra event, only the surcharge due to the event will be requested.
Is the tour accessible? The tour is partially accessible and for this reason an ad hoc itinerary has been created at 8.30pm both on Fridays and Saturdays. People with disabilities and their companion will be able to participate for free but must still make a reservation!
Can you park near the entrance? Yes, 2 parking spaces are available, one on the avenue leading to the entrance and the other following the signs for P2.
How far is Lucca? 10 minutes (7km).
The waiting for Halloween frighteningly funny: sixth edition of the Halloween Treasure Hunt in the park of Villa Reale di Marlia (LU).
New route and fun clues scattered in the park between pumpkins, straw and cobwebs on the two weekends before the night of Halloween: Saturday 18th, Sunday 19th and Saturday 25th and Sunday 26th October from 10 to 18!
For the sixth consecutive year, one of the most awaited events by children is confirmed – the Halloween-themed treasure hunt that will see ghosts, vampires, witches and magicians run in search of clues in the park of Villa Reale with the unique goal of finding the chest with the treasure.
The appointment for this edition is for the two weekends before Halloween: Saturday 18th and Sunday 19th October and Saturday 25th and Sunday 26th September from 10 am to 6 pm.
Given the great success of past editions for the occasion you can again enter the underground tunnel of the Clock House, open only to the most courageous!
Spend a day with family and friends, organize a picnic in the meadow and enjoy some themed sweets at our Café, the fun is guaranteed!

Who is the hunt for? Families with children from 3 years old – the little ones can participate by selecting the free ticket (0-3 years), in this case there is no final prize, otherwise by selecting the €8 ticket so to reserve them the Halloween prize too.
How does it take place? Children go in search of the treasure together with their families and friends following the map given at the entrance gate. Once you have found all the clues and solved the riddles, you will find out where the treasure is! Each child will take home a small prize.
At what time? You can arrive whenever you prefer from 10 AM until 4 PM, last recommended entry.
How much does it cost?
–Infants 0-2 years: Free – in this case there is no final prize, otherwise select the €8 ticket so as to reserve the themed prize for them too.
–Children from 3 to 17 years: €8 – to participate to the treasure hunt with the final prize. This ticket allows them to enter museums.
–Adults from 18 to 64 years: €12 park only, €18 park + museums
–Over 65: €9 park only, €15 park + museums
Will the children be with an animator? No, the hunt has no fixed time and it is played with the family and friends.

How to access the park with the online ticket? Once you have purchased your ticket online, you will receive your electronic tickets via email. Please reply to this email so to request the english version of the cues. On the day of the event, we ask you to go directly at the entrance gate with the QRcode received, the digital copy will be sufficient.
Can I purchase tickets on the day of the event? In case of residual availability only.
Is it possible to have lunch in the park? The Cafè Villa Reale will be at your disposal with cold dishes, artisan foccacce, cakes and ice creams continuously from 10:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Table reservations are not accepted.
Where is it possible to enjoy a picnic? Picnics are possible in the side areas of the lake, making sure you leave no trace when you are done.
If we are more families can we play together? Yes, you will choose when to start the treasure hunt once you have entered.
How long does the hunt last? On average 1 hour. You can stay in the park even after the hunt is over, by 6 PM.
In case of rain? The event will still take place, in which case we recommend rubber boots for a playful adventure!
Is the ticket refundable? No, it is valid only for the chosen date; if you can’t come you can give it to others. Once the corresponding tickets have been delivered, they will not be given back to others who present themselves with the same order number.
Do season ticket holders have to buy a ticket? Only for children participating in the hunt, repling to the ticket receipt email indicating that there are no adults in the order because you are season ticket holders.
The event, at its fourth edition will illuminate the gardens of Villa Reale during the first three weekends of December, as well as on Monday 8th December.
Saturday 6th, Sunday 7th, Monday 8th, then Saturday 13th and Sunday 14th, finally Saturday 20th and Sunday 21st December from 14:00 to 21:00 you can experience the magic of Christmas in one of the most beautiful historical parks in Tuscany.
The illuminated gardens, the scent of burning wood in the braziers from Northern Europe, hot chocolate, mulled wine will warm the atmosphere waiting for the most magical time of the year.
There will be Santa Claus, together with his elves, that will wait for the little ones inside the Stables.

What is the event like? It is possible to amke the visit of the park from 2PM to 9PM, in winter/Christmas version, where you will find the light installations, Santa Claus, the mulled wine/hot chocolate. You can also add a visit of the interiors of the Royal Villa and the Clock House. The area around the lake will be closed from 17.
When should I arrive? The park opens at 2:00 pm and closes at 9:00 pm so you can come whenever you like.
Will there be entertainment for children? Santa and his elves will wait for the children in the stables for thematic workshops from 2:30 pm to 8:30 pm
How much does it cost?

– From 3 to 9 years: €6

What does the entrance ticket include? Entrance to the two museums (Villa + Clock House) and to the park (excluding the lake area which will be closed on the occasion of the Magic Christmas) starting from 2pm until 9pm, with last recommended access at 7pm. Fourth edition hosted in the park of Villa Reale di Marlia of the event marked Halloween Celebration, the first and largest Halloween Fest in Italy.
Halloween Celebration Carnival: 31st edition of Halloween Celebration, now in the magnificent and dreamlike estate of Villa Reale di Marlia. A show between myth, culture, shadows and mystery.
More than 25 locations in 16 hectares of park, 7 covered show areas, over 450 artists, beyond every dream, beyond every other night.
From 17:00 until 2:00 there will be shows and attractions. Kids Event, Circus Show, Street Shows, Fire Show, Dance Parade, Horror Space, Carnival Games, Freak Show, Re-enactments, Street Art, over 20 Concerts and DJ Party.
Halloween Celebration Carnival also opens its heart to the world of Cosplayers with two great events inside the stables: the Black Parade and Grand Ballo di Mercoledì.
A great variety of street food trucks with food and drinks from each country and culture, as pubs, cocktail bars and craft breweries from all over Italy; additionally the esoteric market with 40 divination stations.
Furthermore four big circus tents with artists and concerts and “L’ira di Lucifero”, the great fireworks show that will explode above the lake flooding the night.
