More than a concert, a suggestive multisensory experience in which you will be completely immersed in an active and new way, a concert performed in the park of Villa Reale di Marlia.
Friday 25th April 2025 at 15:30. The Lucca Classical Music Festival will offer an experience of great suggestion when you can fully immerse yourself in the music and the environment that surrounds it. This is the Silent wifi concert®, a silent piano concert, designed by pianist Andrea Vizzini, who has involved and excited more than 20,000 spectators throughout Italy and Europe in the latest years. All participants will be provided with high-fidelity headphones to listen to the “itinerant” music proposed by Vizzini.
You’ll be free to move within a radius of 500 meters so to appreciate the natural and architectural suggestions in which you are immersed in, “you will experience” music with all your senses and you will be natural protagonists of a performance.
You can access from the morning to enjoy a complete experience:
-you can visit the museums of Villa Reale and the Palazzina dell’Orologio from 10:30 to 15:30
-you can let yourself be guided by the free video guides in the park from 10
-you can enjoy a picnic on the lawn
You can pick up the Yamaha headphones in the Café area from 15:00; the concert starts at 15:30. Duration about 60 minutes.
The Café Villa Reale will remain open until 17:30 for those who want to listen to the concert in front of a glass of wine, or for those who want to refresh after the evocative walk accompanied by the concert of Andrea Vizzini.
The Silent Wifi Concert at Villa Reale will open the Lucca Classica Music Festival, an event organized by the Musical Association of Lucca with the collaboration of the Giglio Theatre. The Festival is supported by Mibac, Regione Toscana, Provincia e Comune di Lucca, Camera di Commercio di Lucca, Lucca Promos and Cassa di Risparmio di Lucca Fondation.

How does it take place? You can pick up the headphones from 15:00 at the Café, the concert will take place from 15:30 for about an hour.
Opening hours? Park from 10:00 to 18:00 and museums 10:30 to 17:30
Does the concert have an extra cost in addition to the entrance ticket? Yes, the special ticket for the event with headphones costs 5€, it is possible to buy it on Vivatickets. It is mnadatory to add the REDUCED entrance fee to the park and museums of Villa Reale.

How to access the park with the online ticket? Once you have purchased your ticket online, you will receive your electronic tickets via email. Please reply to this email so to request the english version of the cues. On the day of the event, we ask you to go directly at the entrance gate with the QRcode received, the digital copy will be sufficient.
Can I purchase the concert tickets on the day of the event? Only in case of residual availability of headphones.
In case of rain? The event will still take place.

Two female figures who have characterized the past of Villa Reale: Elisa Bonaparte Baciocchi and Anna Laetitia Pecci Blunt.
Three events dedicated to them are edited by Roberta Martinelli and Simonetta Giurlani Pardini of Associazione Napoleone ed Elisa: da Parigi alla Toscana on the first Sunday of May, June and July.
At its second edition, this year the meetings will be focused on fashion in vogue during the two different historical moments: the first appointment will be dedicated to the style of Elisa Baciocchi Bonaparte, while the other two conferences will be dedicated to the eccentric Mimi Pecci Blunt.
Sunday 4th May, Sunday 1st June and Sunday 6th July in the North Lemon House at 11:00.
Conferences will be in Italian.
At the end of the conferences, enjoy a moment of relax at our lake view Café – we’ll offer you a free drink thematically linked to each meeting.
Where does it take place? The event takes place inside the North Lemon House in the park of Villa Reale.
What time? The event starts at 11:00.
How much does it cost? The cost is €20 per meeting, with the possibility of buying the cumulative ticket for two dates at €35 and three dates at €50. The discount is applied in case of cumulative purchase only, otherwise the cost of each meeting will be €20.
Are museums included in the entrance fee? Yes, the ticket includes access to the park, the Royal Villa, the Clock House as well as participation in the cultural meeting.

How long are the meetings? Around one hour. You can stay in the park until 18:00.

Do seasonal tickets holders have to buy tickets? No, it will be enough to supplement the difference due to the event (€5.00) directly at the ticket office, valid for the three dates.

The presentation of the italian book “Villa Reale di Marlia – Storia, Passione, Rinascita” published by Pacini Fazzi Editore will be hosted by Verdemura on April 5th 2025 at 12:00 at the Baluardo San Regolo – on the historical walls of Lucca.
The Mayor of Lucca Mario Pardini and the president of Lucca Crea Nicola Lucchesi will open the presentation with institutional greetings, thenthe journalist Iacopo Lazzareschi Cervelli will mediate the meeting interviewing the curator of the book, the architect Luca Borgogni who will tell the highlights of the huge restoration work that Villa Reale has undergone in the last 10 years. Later on Roberta Martinelli and Simonetta Giurlani Pardini of “Associazione Napoleone e Elisa: da Parigi alla Toscana” focus on the women symbol of pat of Villa Reale: Elisa Bonaparte Baciocchi and Mimì Pecci-Blunt.
The owner of the Villa, Henric Grönberg, will closed the meeting, telling his personal point of view of the huge porject started 10 years ago. Unique opportunity to meet and interview him – the first and only time was for the inauguration of the museum of the Villa Reale in March 2020.
The appointment will therefore be SATURDAY APRIL 5th 2025 at 12:00 at the Baluardo San Regolo at the event VERDEMURA.

Appointment in the garden is back for Sunday 08/06 in conjunction with the international event of the Italian Parks and Gardens Association, born in accordance with the initiative Rendez-vous aux jardins, which involves over 20 European countries at the same time.
A real garden festival with the aim of inviting people to discover the surprising historical, artistic, botanical aspects of many Italian gardens that take part to the event.
For the occasion, the Association “Napoleone e Elisa: da Parigi alla Toscana” presents THE DELIGHTS OF ELISA’s SUMMER, for return back to the glorious past of Villa Reale in the years when Elisa Bonaparte Baciocchi, Napoleon’s eldest sister and Princess of Lucca and Piombino, bought the Orsetti’s country villa in Marlia and had the gardens and the villa transformed into her royal summer residence.
On Sunday, 8th June it will be possible to relive the moments of summer 1810 when Elisa, Grand Duchess of Tuscany, spent the summer with a group of talented guests to keep her and her family company.
Meet Elisa, her husband Felice Baciocchi and their young daughter Elisa Napoleona, with numerous renowned historical re-enactors. Over 50 people from Italy and around the world, dressed in historically-informed Napoleonic attire from 1810, enjoying the magnificent park from 11:00 to 15:30.
Marlia will ring with the joy and laughter of 200 years ago, when it was an oasis of pleasure and calm during the Tuscan summers.
The organisation and artistic direction are by Margarita Martinez.
During the day, it is not allowed to wear historical dresses.
At what time? You can arrive whenever you prefer from 10:00 until 16:00 (last recommended entry), and stay as long as you want once enter. The re-enactors will be around the park from 11:00 to 15:30, enjoying a picnic on the central lawn at lunchtime.
